Here are some pictures of my 190D when it had a new painting.

The story about my 190D "16v" first started as a joke, but got more and more serious. Therefore I had to confirm my plans about rebuilding everything.

der Diesel sieht echt super aus
Klasse Arbeit und so ein 190D ist ein sehr gutes Alltagsauto....und man kann Planzenöl damit fahren

New pictures of the rauschsilber 2.3-16
I have started the restauration of it. It's quite a job, but I enjoy working with it. Looking forward to the day when it will have a new painting

As you can see in some of the pictures, the car had a bit rust-damage inside the fender. Therefore I bought new wheelhouses for both side too.

den 2.3er mit der roten Nummer EMS - .... kenne ich doch-der stand bis 2007 noch für 3600 Euro bei einem Händler in meiner Nähe - interessant zu wissen, wohin es den Wagen verschlagen hat

That's correct. I bought it from the dealer nov/dez 07
Nice car, with a lot of options and a good running engine.
The car had a nice trip all the way back to it's new home in Norway.

About the cars... I have just taken some chances and went looking for them in Germany. I don't have posibillity to travel around, so when I'm in Germany I try to look for a few examples not to far away from each other. But a thing to remember is that pictures tells more then thousand word, but unfortunately they hide words to. Including RUST
