Hallo Leute

Würde auch gern solche Lager haben,obwohl ich sie eigentlich selber auch machen könnte aber bei uns in der Firma ist das immer ziemlich stressig!!
Aber was mich noch von der Bestellung abhält ist,das ich nicht weiß wie mann die Dinger einbaut!?Schaut ziemlich schwer aus

Here´s the deal Chris.

15mm is wrong.It´s a typo on my behalf.Sorry man.
I realized the slipup,and thought i revised the measurements where i put them up?Guess not.


Measurments i´ve taken have all been around the 18,45mm mark.
Now,the thing is that the bores of the stick are anything but NASA spec,and you basicaly get away with anything between 18,4 and 18,55mm.Variations in manufacture i guess.
Likewise,the casting in itself will work better with the smaller numbers of the spectre as there is less "give" in the solid bushings than the OEM ones,and cracking or scoring the bores is all to easy.
Hence why i say that the new bushing should be installed with a drop of full hardening loctite each.



[color=red]Das ist ein Tippfehler von mir, tut mir leid.
Die Werte, die ich gemessen habe, waren alle so um die 18,45mm. Nun ist es so, daß der Durchmesser der Bohrungen in der Gabel nicht sehr genau ist, man kommt also mit allem zwischen 18,4mm und 18,55mm hin. Das sind vermutlich Herstellungstoleranzen.

Hallo Männer,

schreibt mal bitte eure erfahrung mit dem einbau der lager ins forum rein. würde mich einfach interessieren, da es bei mir ja beim ersten mal nicht gleich funktioniert hat. problem war einfach, das ich den ersten und den rückwärtsgang nicht mehr rein bekommen habe. werde mich nächste woche darum kümmern.
schreibt einfach ob es auf anhieb geklappt hat oder nicht.

naja, hab gleich mal die ersten beiden Schrauben an meinem Schaltbock abgedreht. Da war verdammt viel Sicherungslack dran. Die anderen hab ich dann warm gemacht, dann wars kein Problem mehr.
Beim Einbau einfach von unten durch die Löcher in den drei Schalthebeln und den Nasen links und rechts davon einen sechser Bohrer schieben und dann erst das Gestänge einhängen. So sollte es ohne Probleme aufs erste mal funktionieren. Bei mir jedenfalls gings.
Außerdem die Nase in der Gasse für den Rückwärtsgang sauber justieren, sonst könnte der beim Schalten unnötig hackeln.
Ich find das Schaltgefühl jetzt zwar hart genug, aber ist wohl auch Gewöhnungsache.
