Mercedes W201 190E 16V EVO

Anyone know how to take the rear housing off of the getrag boxes in our cars?
Got a spare,and thought i´d take it apart to check it up and install new bearings asf.

Did you ever get the thing open and re-built? My gearbox is worn and a want to rebuild the spare. If you know of a source of info on this box let us know.

Got the box taken apart alright.Was just a matter of becoming a little violent (You get to gorilla it apart)

Box is basicaly built as a race unit really,with separate gears at the bottom held in place by seeger rings.
