From Ke jetronic to Efi

Hallo,
I guess some of you have gone to Efi, and i need advices.

First i would like to know wich type of injector i need to buy (Ev1 ? Ev6?)

Then could you show me some pictures of your trigger wheels, it would be easy to install it between the damper and the crank shaft pulley but i would have to offset the others pulleys as well.

I would like to see your throttle position sensor and how it could be installed on the stock throttle body.

My aim is not specially performance, but reliability and perfect control over fuel mixture and ignition, and if i can grab some HP as well all would be fine.

Danke

That's quite what i was thinking, except that the damper pulley was machined.

you have to machine the damper, and so you can place the wheel betwen the damper and the pully.

wich kind of management do you want to use, differnt managemants have different plugs, and so you have to chose your injektors.

I was thinking:
Hall sensor for engine speed sensor ====> OK i saw the pictures, it's the most clever setting according me.
Stock throttle body so i was wondering how to adapt a throttle potentiometer and wich one ?
Stock air box+Air Temp sensor ====> No problem
2 Map sensors ( the second for barometric correction) =====> No problem
Saab fuel rail =====> Ok but what is the best setting for fuel injector, wich ones, are there some injector that direct fit???
EDIS ignition system (after the fuel system will be ok)

My idea is mainly to
1/ Achieve better fuel economy
2/ Reliability
3/ A little bit more power.
4/ Remove Ke jetronic system and sell the parts to pay some of the EFI system.

I was thinking to use Megasquirt EFI, as it seems to be relativly cheap and efficient.

it´s no hall sensor, it´s an inductive sensor!

an hall sensor is like the thing in an vw carburrator, it needs 4 pins. you don´t get a hall sensor to fir it on a triggerwheel.

at second, i don´t nkow many about the megasquirt, at pther managements you kan use any trottle position poti, an you have the option to learn it.
you also need some adapters to fit the injektors, because the holes in the manyfold are to big to fit them.

sorry but my tecnikal english is not so good, but i´m, learnig by doing.

Here they say VR sensor or Hall Sensor, anyway both should be ok.

Concerning the fuel injector adapters, where can i find a set?

If someone could tell me where to buy injectors adapters, it would be great.
